• A 1-to-2-minute horizontal cinematic video tour utilizing smooth, intentional camera movements to emphasize space and atmosphere. Includes custom color grading and licensed music.

• The Ultimate Media Bundle (Photos + Video) | $650 +
• Combines the Showcase Photo Package with the Full Cinematic Walkthrough video. Saves the client $125 and maximizes listing immersion.

 

3. Directing & Premium Production Services

For commercial brand campaigns, narrative projects, automotive portfolios, or high-concept marketing videos that require deep pre-production and oversight.

• Creative Consultation & Concepting | $75 / hr
• Scriptwriting, storyboarding, visual tone-mapping, and shot-listing prior to the shoot day.

• Directing & Lead Camera Operator (Half Day – Up to 4 Hours) | $500
• On-site creative direction and premium camera operation with the Z6 III rig. Focused heavily on lighting, composition, and pulling raw emotion out of the environment or talent.

• Directing & Lead Camera Operator (Full Day – Up to 8 Hours) | $900
• Full-day production management, scene staging, creative direction, and principal cinematography.

• Post-Production & Editing | Varies by Scope
• Typically billed as a flat project fee alongside the day rate, ranging from $300 to $1,000+ depending on required graphics, sound design complexity, and length.
